The Koreatown Affordable Housing development delivers 80 thoughtfully designed units in the heart of Los Angeles, addressing the community’s growing need for accessible housing. In collaboration with Kevin Tsai Architecture, the project combines modern design with efficient planning to maximize livability, featuring a mix of 15 studio, 64 one-bedroom apartments. With on-site rooftop garden, the development provides residents with comfort, convenience, and connection in one of LA’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
