The Long Beach Penthouse is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath luxury residence fully remodeled to elevate modern urban living with ocean views. The project features heated floors, Sonos surround sound, custom millwork, and wall-mounted plumbing fixtures throughout. Designed by Nelson Davis Studio, the home integrates Buster + Punch lighting controls, premium finishes, and bespoke craftsmanship to deliver a high-end, tailored living experience in the heart of Long Beach.

Hollywood Heritage
The Historic Hollywood Revival project blends classic character with a refined, modern sensibility. Inside, warm oak floors and soft neutral walls create a timeless backdrop for bold artwork, sculptural lighting, and curated furnishings. The dining space features custom wood chairs and a dramatic pendant over a round table, while the living room balances comfort with sophistication, highlighted by a striking cone fireplace and textured finishes.

Throughout the residence, bespoke millwork and layered materials elevate each space — from a marble-clad kitchen with sleek cabinetry to bedrooms wrapped in rich wallcoverings and tailored textiles.
